What is a photoTAN graphic?The data of your transaction is encoded in the photoTAN graphic.
By scanning the photoTAN graphic, a photoTAN is generated with this app.The photoTAN graphic is always generated individually for your current transaction and is only valid for this.
You can then authorize the transaction by entering the generated photoTAN in online banking.
Device ActivationTo activate a device, you need your activation letter, which you will receive by post.After receipt, log in to online banking and go to the menu item "Administration --> TAN management -> photoTAN - To the settings".
Then select "Activate device".
You will then be guided through the further steps.
How can I verify the transaction details?Compare the data shown on the photoTAN app display with the data you previously entered in online banking.
If all the data match, you can release the order with the displayed photoTAN.
If there are discrepancies, cancel the transaction and contact ZKOM.
How can I delete a device?To delete a device, log into online banking and call up the menu item "Management --> TAN management -> photoTAN - To the settings"".
From there, select your device and then select the Delete Device icon.
